Software Archive

The latest version of the software for the MINOPT distribution is always available here. It can be obtained and installed at any time. However, the program will not run without a valid license key. For information regarding purchasing and obtaining a license key see the Purchasing and Licensing page.

The MINOPT distribution is provided as a gzipped tar file. An individual file is available for each architecture to which MINOPT has been ported. For information on compiling and installing, see the Software page.

Anytime MINOPT is being upgraded, the entire distribution should be obtained and reinstalled. The set of libraries that are available are guaranteed to be consistent with each other, but not necessarily with previous versions.

The MINOPT software archive also includes the include the Solver Libraries for DAESSA and LP_SOLVE. These are external solvers (like CPLEX, MINOS, etc.) that must be installed separately. They come as a single library which can be installed in an appropriate place (/usr/local/lib).
