Rohit Rajgaria

Rohit graduated from IIT-Bombay, India in August 2003 with a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering. The title of his thesis is "Protein Folding : Structure Prediction and Dynamics". One of the main goals of his work is to investigate a new approach for the structure prediction of loops and study a new framework for the fold recognition/threading of proteins that combines sequence and structure related elements.
